About Us

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Nimble Consulting is a boutique consultancy that helps organizations create and deploy transformational change initiatives. Nimble is a certified Diversity Supplier of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). Our team is supported by a hybrid model of seasoned consultants and functional experts who are passionate about helping clients and making an impact. We are able to bring in experts as part of our extended team as needs arise. Our small company environment allows us to do “real work” immediately and deliver high-quality service tailored to our clients.

We take a collaborative, problem-solving, and team-based approach to our work. Our culture promotes open communication and feedback within the Nimble team and in how we work with clients. At Nimble, we encourage everybody to get involved in the company’s operations – you should have a voice in whom we bring into our company and how we work, and be able to roll up your sleeves to turn good ideas into reality.

Most important, we are known to be diligent and nimble. We do whatever is necessary to deliver high-quality strategy and implementation. Our team learns new technologies for client work and adapts to changes quickly on dynamic projects. Through our proven approach, we identify the audiences needing more support in adopting change and tailor our services to their particular needs.


Meet Our Team

Betty Magome, CEO & Founder

As CEO and founder of Nimble Consulting Inc., Betty has 20 years of consulting experience, having worked at Arthur Andersen and Booz Allen Hamilton. Betty earned her master’s degree at the University of Michigan School of Public Policy as a Woodrow Wilson Fellow. Prior to that, she spent a year at Kanazawa University as a Monbusho Scholar. She has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Betty is Lean Six Sigma- and PMP-certified, and has led various programs for Fortune 500 clients.



Andrea Bell, Expert Consultant

As a consultant, Andrea leads specific projects for Nimble Consulting Inc. She recently served as a training instructor for a Fortune 500 client that deployed a new GIS technology. Her role was to ensure that the training met end-user needs, was aligned to business goals for the project, and promoted adoption of a new tool. Prior to Nimble, Andrea was a training instructor for a CAD-based technology in the energy sector. Andrea has a geography degree from Concordia University and has served in support, training, and subject matter expert roles in both the GIS and CAD industries for over 10 years.

Victor Lamond, Lead Consultant

As a consultant, Victor leads major workstreams on projects for Nimble Consulting Inc. His background includes experience with Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations practice in New York City, where he worked on multiple strategic change initiatives. Victor has a master’s degree in public policy at UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy. Victor is also certified in the Being First change management methodology.



Eric Shih, Consultant

As a consultant, Eric supports specific projects for Nimble Consulting Inc. He recently served in a change management role for a Fortune 500 client that deployed a new GIS technology. Eric brings extensive experience in sales and client relationship management from his six years at Wells Fargo. He earned a business marketing degree from California State University, Fullerton, and is certified in both Prosci and Being First change management methodologies. Prosci's three-day program utilizes the ADKAR model. At the end of the program, participants are certified and well-equipped to lead their organizations through both incremental and radical changes.

Clifford Wang, BUsiness Analyst

As a business analyst, Clifford supports specific projects for Nimble Consulting Inc. He recently served in a change management role for a Fortune 500 client that digitized critical asset records that were then made accessible through a GIS tool. He engaged end users through on-site and remote support and measured adoption of the tool. Prior to Nimble, Clifford was an Americorps CivicSpark Fellow for the City of Walnut Creek, where he engaged a variety of stakeholders and promoted renewable energy programs. Clifford holds a B.S. with honors in environmental sciences from UC Berkeley.

Instructional Design Partners


Cyrena Park, Senior Instructional Designer

Cyrena has more than 20 years of experience in IT, training, instructional design, customer engagement and retention, market development, and product positioning. While at a large utility client, Cyrena worked side by side with the Nimble Consulting Organizational Change Management team for 4 years as a training lead. Cyrena:

  • Planned and scoped training needed for the deployment of GIS technology to union employees (gas mappers) across 17 geographically dispersed offices.
  • Developed training strategy across editor, viewer, and mobile users of the system.
  • Developed mobile GIS technology training to field groups using ruggedized laptops.

Change Management Partners


Lorene Conner, Senior Change Management Consultant

A passionate consultant for more than 12 years, Lorene is consistently recognized for her success in leading transformational change initiatives. As part of Nimble Consulting, Lorene supported a county government client in 2017 with an IT reorganization effort. Lorene:

  • Led stakeholder analysis involving 40 interviews with key stakeholders.
  • Summarized the employee scenarios for mapping individuals to the new organization.
  • Determined change factors for consideration such as union status change, location, and change in role or manager.
