About Us

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Nimble is a boutique consultancy that helps organizations create and deploy transformational change initiatives. Our expertise leans towards technology and innovation, with demonstrated success in garnering support and adoption of change on various projects with end users. Our team is staffed using a hybrid model of consultant and functional experts in Nimble's capability areas.

We take a collaborative, problem-solving and team-based approach to doing our work. Our small company environment allows for doing ‘real work’ immediately with clients and delivering high-quality service that is tailored to our clients. At Nimble, we encourage everybody to get involved in the company’s operations – you should have a voice in who we bring into our company, how we work, and be able to roll up your sleeves to turn good ideas into reality.

Most importantly, we are known to be "nimble" - we do whatever is necessary to deliver high-quality strategy and implementation, whether that be learning new technologies for client work, traveling to multiple client locations, working long hours as necessary, or being open to feedback to improve how we work.
