Organizational Change Management, Process Analysis and Training
Led a change management workstream in support of the launch of a new Smart Meter organization for a large energy client.
Engaged end users (editor, viewer, and mobile) across 17 divisions of a large utility client during the deployment of a GIS (geographic information systems) technology for gas maps. Built awareness and adoption across highly resistant groups by tailoring the approach to specific end users.
Designed the change management approach for a county government IT client undergoing reorganization. Worked closely with the leadership team to effectively plan for launch.
Conducted a process analysis across two divisions to assess risks of removing paper records from all 50+ offices with the deployment of electronic records via GIS.
Developed classroom and virtual training materials for various technology platforms (GIS, SAP, etc.) using applications such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Storyline.
Provided web-based demos of new technology for various end users at all phases of the project to promote awareness and early input to user interface design and adoption.

Machine Learning, Data Science and Blockchain Proof of Concept
Served as Business Lead and Change Lead for a project to improve materials traceability (manufacturer to vendor to warehouse and build process),
Proof of Concept applied blockchain, data science and machine learning to enhance an SAP portal solution for a utility’s material traceability process.
Proof of Concept included a materials manufacturing consortium, SAP vendor and client stakeholders:a manufacturer, two utilities and a vendor distributor.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) assessment and Scaling Strategy
Client had completed a year-long pilot of various RPA projects using Automation Anywhere with client’s system integrator.
Nimble Consulting reviewed the results and recommended how to scale this scale new technology (Robotic Process Automation) to an enterprise level based on their deep knowledge of client organization and industry.
Nimble Consulting engaged business users on their experience with this new emerging technology, reviewed the process and communication protocols and the capacity realized for these individual RPA efforts. This allowed the client to better assess true benefits to the business, challenges (capacity, pace, etc.) and gaps to address in order to optimize RPA as a technology before scaling.
Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development (Streetlights IoT Strategy)
Developed a strategy for a client incorporating Internet of Things (IoT) technology for more comprehensive preventive maintenance on assets as well as for identifying revenue generating opportunities. Subsequently developed a detailed roadmap for pursuing the strategy.
Developed strategic planning and process for transit client board and executive team in support of a new General Manager to the transit agency.
Designed a strategic planning process for a U.S. federal government client, involving headquarters and regional levels of planning and approvals.
