The Program Manager (PM) should have a minimum of 10 years of consulting and program management experience, preferably across a wide range of commercial clients. The PM should have proven experience working on large-scale, high-impact projects at the C-suite level and be comfortable leading projects with minimal guidance.

The Change Management Lead should have a minimum of 10 years of consulting and change management experience, preferably across a range of commercial clients. They should be comfortable leading projects with minimal guidance. They should also be able to analyze business and end-user needs, explain change management methodologies, and present complex information clearly for various audiences.

The Training Lead should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a training consultant, preferably across a range of commercial clients. They will be responsible for conducting assessment, analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation for effective development and presentation of classroom and virtual training for clients. They should have excellent writing skills and be experienced in delivering technical content in an intuitive learning format for a variety of delivery channels beyond the traditional classroom experience.

The Lead Consultant role requires 4 to 6 years of consulting experience. There are two levels for the position: entry level and experienced. They should have experience in organizational change management, project management, stakeholder management or communications. They should be able to lead engagements that require working across organizational boundaries and interfacing with senior executives.

The Consultant role requires 2 to 4 years of consulting experience. There are two levels for the position: entry level and experienced. They should have experience in organizational change management, project management, stakeholder management or communications. They should be able to demonstrate experience authoring discrete deliverables end to end with an external client and working across organizational boundaries.

The Business Analyst role requires 0 to 2 years of consulting experience. There are two levels for the position: entry level and experienced. They should have experience in project management, presentations to stakeholders, developing communications, and working within teams. They should be comfortable driving and facilitating meetings, have excellent organizational skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
