Nimble is looking for great people to join our high-performing consulting team, which comprises consultants and functional experts in Nimble's services areas. We are a critical part of strategic projects involving technology, process or organizational changes for various clients. Through various client roles, you will get exposure to organizational change management, strategic communications, training, and other functional areas relevant to our client work.

We have full-time roles and opportunities for independent consultants to be part of our extended team. Core Team

 

The Lead Consultant role requires 4 to 6 years of consulting experience. There are two levels for the position: entry level and experienced. 

The Consultant role requires 2 to 4 years of consulting experience. There are two levels for the position: entry level and experienced. 

The Business Analyst role requires 0 to 2 years of consulting experience. There are two levels for the position: entry level and experienced. 

Ongoing Needs

 

The Program Manager (PM) should have a minimum of 10 years of consulting and program management experience, preferably across a wide range of commercial clients. 

The Change Management Lead should have a minimum of 10 years of consulting and change management experience, preferably across a range of commercial clients. 

The Training Lead should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a training consultant, preferably across a range of commercial clients.
