Testimonials from Nimble Consultants
ADAM LOWE, CHANGE LEAD
“I have had the pleasure of working with Betty Magome on several projects, and look forward to working on future projects with her. She is a rare breed, because she possesses all the qualities you look for in someone to work with. Betty is a very knowledgeable, experienced and professional consultant, who is also fun to work with. Importantly, as someone who has a corp-to-corp relationship with her, Betty is very considerate, and pays you on time, likely before her own invoice is paid by the client. She is a good person who is great to work with.”
MARILYN MARTINY, CHANGE LEAD
“If you’re an Organization Change Manager, Nimble is a great boutique consulting firm to work with! From my perspective, there are 3 critical factors:
The first is interesting work that is within my wheelhouse. This enables me to make contributions for the client quickly. I also enjoy the opportunity to provide value add beyond the role description.
The second is a leader/boss/manager I can trust to provide guidance and have my back if things get tough. Also, because I am a senior consultant with more than 15 years’ of experience, I enjoy a balance of collaboration and independence.
The third is fair pay commensurate with the value I provide.
I find all 3 of these success factors are met with Nimble Consulting….interesting work, a leader in Betty that I trust and who always has her people’s back, and a perfect blend of collaboration and independence. Most importantly, she is someone you can trust, has high ethics, and puts the success of her clients AND consultants first.
Andrea Bell, TRAINING LEAD
“I’ve trained many people in a variety of industries on new applications that greatly changed how those persons do their job. While each of those projects had a change management component, I never understood the value. BUT, after just 2 weeks as the technical trainer on a Nimble project, I saw the value! Nimble’s approach to change management enabled the students to focus on learning the application in class (the “how”) instead of being pre-occupied with what the application is or why they need to learn it. As a direct result, employees were significantly more proficient in the new application, and the employees were overall happier on the job!
When I think about all the consulting projects I’ve worked on, in all the different industries, the Nimble projects standout as my favorite because the clients all trust their Nimble consultants. Nimble works side-by-side with their clients to achieve the best results as a single cohesive team. There is no distinction of ‘us’ or ‘them’.
While I’ve worked with a several boutique consulting firms in my career, Nimble is the only firm that I always feel “has my back” and truly cares about my professional growth, enjoyment of the work I do and my personal health and happiness.”
