We are adept at learning new technologies relevant to client work, taking extra steps to socialize new concepts and promote adoption, and providing the necessary continuity in leadership for long-term transformational change. We have successfully worked with all levels of the organization from shift workers and field personnel to technology managers and executives undergoing significant changes to their day-to-day work.

While each of those projects had a change management component, I never understood the value. BUT, after just 2 weeks as the technical trainer on a Nimble project, I saw the value!
